Fiscal Officer

The Township Fiscal Officer is an independently elected official serving a four-year term. The Fiscal Officer works very closely with the Township Board of Trustees on annual budget planning and maintaining the minutes for Trustee meetings. The Fiscal Officer and staff keep an accurate record of all township accounts and transactions including paying bills, managing payroll and receiving revenue from the State of Ohio.

Morgan Township’s Fiscal Officer oversees most of the record keeping for meeting minutes, public records requests and general correspondence. Morgan Township employs a Fiscal Officer, an Assistant Fiscal Officer and a part-time assistant.
