Fiscal Officer

The Township Fiscal Officer is an independently elected official serving a four-year term. The Fiscal Office works closely with the Township Board of Trustees in order to manage the finances of the township. The Fiscal Officer and staff manage multiple Township accounts and transactions including paying bills, managing payroll and receiving revenue.

Morgan Township’s Fiscal Officer is responsible for accurately recording Trustee meeting minutes. The Fiscal office maintains many of the Township’s records and documentation, including but not limited to, audit reports, employee files, payments, receipts, and taxation documents. Morgan Township’s fiscal office consists of the Fiscal Officer and two part-time Assistant Fiscal Officers.
